Maintaining scope.
Mentor unveiled the extensive scope of a pet care service to provide comprehensive support for pet owners. It has been a journey of discovering the complexity and depth involved in addressing a seemingly simple problem. After building the must-have features for baseline pet care, I envision this initial idea to expand into a venture with the potential for external collaborations to streamline the user experience. I see gaps to be filled by partnerships with veterinarians, groomers, and pet stores that can create a holistic pet care ecosystem that users need.
Future improvements include:
• Sync documents with existing pet health veterinarians.
• Gamify tasks and healthcare progress.
• Add a task list to claim incomplete tasks.
